this is my own cutom Pure Gold.... not copied , my forumula is nothing like yours and i gurantee

the dye shop may be somewhat related to a thread you've been doing , but this is my customized colored dye im selling.

You have the right to these rules because it is your custom formula...? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. The materials itself are still the ownership of Arena Net, and it cannot be excluded to your ownership in anyway. The only thing that truly belongs to you is the idea (and the formula itself), and you can be selective to whom you pass that information to; however, it doesn't mean you can restrict the buyer the right for him or her to tell others about it.

Nice dye, I like the colour. And I may have to pick up a bottle from you to test it out on my armor piece.
